As Vice President of Global Human Resources, Felix Alejandro provides strong leadership to PIC Group’s Human Resources organization responsible for driving PIC Group’s people strategy, fostering a vibrant culture focused on continuous improvement and leading his team in support of business development and increasing value through human capital management. Alejandro brings over 20 years of experience in leading Human Resource teams and functions to create great work cultures and deliver results.

Hands-on Human Resources experience includes:

 

• Vice President Human Resources, InVeris Training Solutions
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Alejandro was responsible for strategic leadership of global human resources and corporate communications for 500 employees worldwide to include talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, talent management, employment practices & policies, employee relations and total rewards.

 

• Global Human Resources Director, Adtalem Global Education
As Global Human Resources Director, Alejandro was a key member of the executive team for Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine responsible for leading organizational talent initiatives and performance management processes.

 

• Regional Human Resources Manager, Macy’s
Alejandro led an HR team for the Southern Region servicing 1,000+ employees delivering results on human capital strategies around acquiring, developing, and retaining talent.

 

• Human Resources Manager / Employee Relations Manager, Coca-Cola Enterprises
Alejandro was a strategic business partner to 1,000+ employees, Executive Staff, Directors, Front-line Managers, Administrative Sales, Business Development, as well as responsible for on-premises talent acquisition and talent development.
Alejandro holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Brooklyn College, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University and University of Georgia, and an MBA, with a concentration in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.
